Kirstin Mitchell from Elite Management

Kirstin Mitchell
Founder & Managing Director

Having grown up in Queenstown, Kirstin founded Elite Management to make body corporate ownership about more than rules, meetings and levies, and to create a more inclusive experience for owners. With around 15 years in the industry across New Zealand and Australia, she leads a no-commission firm serving Queenstown, Wānaka and the surrounding area and sits on the SCA NZ National Board. She is a passionate advocate for owners, and that shapes everything Elite does.

Serena Russell from Elite Management

Serena Russell
Operations Manager

Serena joined Elite in 2021 and has grown alongside the business, progressing from supporting day-to-day operations to becoming Operations Manager. She manages her own portfolio of properties and leads BWOF and compliance coordination across the communities Elite supports. With a strong eye for detail and a practical approach, Serena focuses on improving systems, coordinating maintenance and keeping projects on track. She values strong relationships with owners, committees and contractors, helping create well-managed properties and communities people enjoy being part of. Outside work, you’ll find Serena hiking, camping, snowboarding and making the most of any opportunity to get outdoors.

Olivia Win-Ricketts from Elite Management

Olivia Win-Ricketts
Relationship Manager

Olivia enjoys working with people, solving problems and finding practical ways forward. Before joining Elite, she built her career in advertising and publishing, where she managed projects, people and deadlines and developed a strong interest in relationship management. At Elite, Olivia works with owners, committees and contractors, getting to know the people and properties she works with and keeping the moving parts on track. Having moved to Queenstown from the North Island, she loves having proper seasons and exploring the mountains and trails in the area.

Small enough to notice the details that matter, big enough to take care of everything a community needs.

Let’s talk about yours.
