With 10 years experience across a broad range of property types. Kirstin has gained invaluable knowledge in managing corporate serviced apartments, commercial and residential property, and large-scale short term residential properties in New Zealand and Australia. As well as day-to-day management, Kirstin also has hands on experience in the commercial development of properties which includes everything from room decorating to sales and marketing.

Over the years, Kirstin has developed a vision for how she sees property management best working in the future and that incorporates a more proactive and personal approach to caring for the properties of her clients. Kirstin sees this as especially important given a large number of her clients are international investors.

With an aim of creating a property management company which gives clients an assurance and peace of mind in knowing that their property will be well cared for regardless of where in the world they reside, Kirstin prides herself on knowing all properties under her management are proactively maintained and her clients are kept informed.

With a well-established network and strong relationships across all industries, Kirstin will ensure any requirements are taken care of with cost effective, reliable solutions.

Industry background

Kirstin was raised in Queenstown, studied in Dunedin New Zealand & then left to start a career in property management in Australia, starting in the Gold Coast as a receptionist & soon after went into managing apartment complex's, beachfront Gold Coast. After several years of working in the Gold Coast an opportunity was offered to Kirstin within the corporate world to advance into managing corporate serviced apartments. This was another great stepping stone to gain more experience and knowledge in a different area of property management.

On returning for a Summer break to her home town of Queenstown at the end of 2009 with no intention of returning full time at that stage Kirstin was called by a couple of property investors from Sydney who had purchased a large Queenstown property that they wanted transformed into a 100+ room ski lodge. Everything from room decorating, commercial kitchens, sales & marketing needed done, Kirstin decided to accept the offer of taking on this large project which is now one of Arthurs Point's most established large scale properties.

After the completion of the Ski lodge project Kirstin went into community management locally for the next 5 years, then had the dream creating Elite Management to care for clients investments with a more hands on personal approach.
