Founder and Managing Director

Kirstin founded Elite Management because she believed community management could be done differently. She’s led strata and body corporate management in Queenstown since 2011, with a particular focus on supporting overseas owners and investors. A career spanning serviced apartments, commercial and residential property, and large-scale short-term accommodation across New Zealand and Australia has given her a depth of experience. At the heart of it all is one principle: doing right by the owners, every time.

Serena Russell
Operations Manager

Serena brings a varied background to the role, from managing guest services to building relationships in recruitment. That mix of precision and people skills shows in how she works today: keeping things running behind the scenes, from day-to-day admin and processes to compliance tracking, while still looking after a portfolio of properties.

Before joining Elite, Olivia spent her career in advertising and publishing, always focused on relationships and delivering results. Her work has come down to understanding what people need and getting it right.
