Kirstin Mitchell
Founder & Managing Director
Kirstin founded Elite Management because she believed community management could be done differently. She’s led strata and body corporate management in Queenstown since 2011, with a particular focus on supporting overseas owners and investors. A career spanning serviced apartments, commercial and residential property, and large-scale short-term accommodation across New Zealand and Australia has given her a depth of experience. At the heart of it all is one principle: doing right by the owners, every time.
Serena Russell
Operations Manager
Serena joined Elite in 2021 and has grown alongside the business, progressing from supporting Kirstin in day-to-day operations to becoming Operations Manager. She now manages her own portfolio of properties while leading BWOF and compliance across all the communities Elite supports. Known for her organisation and attention to detail, Serena thrives on creating efficient systems and keeping projects on track. She enjoys building strong relationships with owners, committees and contractors, and delivering a seamless experience behind the scenes.
Olivia Win-Ricketts
Relationship Manager
Olivia enjoys working with people, solving problems and finding practical ways forward. Before joining Elite, she built her career in advertising and publishing, managing projects, people and deadlines. That experience taught her how to manage competing priorities and stay across the details, without losing sight of what people need. At Elite, Olivia works closely with owners, committees and contractors, taking the time to get to know the people and properties she works with and coordinating the moving parts to make sure what matters gets done.
